I know I did a post on light foods a while ago, but today I wanted to talk about low carb options. The spring is usually when I try to eat less bad carbs (the things that I should not eat anyway such as cookies, cakes, along with white pasta & rice). Like some other people, eating lighter for me makes me feel like I can more quicker & gives me more energy (including a good night's rest in that equation).
These are a few recipes from Delish that I look forward to trying this spring. Plus, some of them I can make in my Air Fryer. I have not taken for a test spin yet but I plan on it doing it in the next few weeks once school ends.
