Fitness Tuesday

Hi, I'm Navia and I'm a blogging slacker. Okay..... it's more of a "I have so much school work due than I know what to do with". I really am going to get back into regular posting, which for me was four days a week. I have even been slacking meaning not getting that much sleep as well. My sleeping or non lack of sleeping pattern has been crazy since spring break. Since getting a good night's rest is as important as what you eat and exercising here are some tips for improving your sleep from Buzzfeed and Pinterest:
