Fitness Tuesday

I can't believe that July is almost over. This summer I feel has flown by compared to other ones in the past.  One thing that I have found time to do is exercise regularly again. Recently, I've been going to the gym 4 to 5 times a weeks.
One thing I've been working on is trying to tone my legs (thanks birth control pills for the weight gain). For me, I am use to being on the muscular side. At the moment I'm a little fluffy/on the squishy side as one of my friend's likes to say.
WorkoutLabs, Darbee & Spotebi are three sources that I use when I want to workout at home. I even do some of these exercises at the gym when I want to mix up my usually routine. These are some of my favorite ones from all of these sites that are on Pinterest:

Have a great last Tuesday of July. Peace & Blessings, all!!!

A few rules of thumb are look at the diagrams on each machine, remember to bend your knees (protects the back) and try to limit your range of motion to keep pressure on the muscles not the joint. The most vulnerable joints are the knees, elbows and shoulders. have a look 60 minute workout plan

  2. Finding a great fitness club makes a difference in accomplishing your fitness goals. Truth be told, you will need a training place where you are going to feel good, secure and motivated. A lot of people have great goals and start working out right away, at the closest gym accessible. This might not always be the best way to get going. Signing up for a gym is a big financial commitment, so choosing smartly will be your best way to go about it. Achieving your main fitness goals and remaining motivated begins with your fitness club choice. Here are 10 suggestions to think about when selecting a new gym. Carbofix
