Fitness Tuesday


 I can't believe that July is almost over. This summer I feel has flown by compared to other ones in the past.  One thing that I have found time to do is exercise regularly again. Recently, I've been going to the gym 4 to 5 times a weeks. 
One thing I've been working on is trying to tone my legs (thanks birth control pills for the weight gain). For me, I am use to being on the muscular side. At the moment I'm a little fluffy/on the squishy side as one of my friend's likes to say.
WorkoutLabs, Darbee & Spotebi are three sources that I use when I want to workout at home. I even do some of these exercises at the gym when I want to mix up my usually routine. These are some of my favorite ones from all of these sites that are on Pinterest:
