Fitness Tuesday


 I can't believe that July is almost over. This summer I feel has flown by compared to other ones in the past.  One thing that I have found time to do is exercise regularly again. Recently, I've been going to the gym 4 to 5 times a weeks. 
One thing I've been working on is trying to tone my legs (thanks birth control pills for the weight gain). For me, I am use to being on the muscular side. At the moment I'm a little fluffy/on the squishy side as one of my friend's likes to say.
WorkoutLabs, Darbee & Spotebi are three sources that I use when I want to workout at home. I even do some of these exercises at the gym when I want to mix up my usually routine. These are some of my favorite ones from all of these sites that are on Pinterest:

  1. Learning to do the exercises correctly is imperative. Get the advise of a professional trainer. A few rules of thumb are look at the diagrams on each machine, remember to bend your knees (protects the back) and try to limit your range of motion to keep pressure on the muscles not the joint. The most vulnerable joints are the knees, elbows and shoulders. have a look 60 minute workout plan
