This whole year summer one of the goals that I had was to get back into shape. Word of advice: once you turn 25, stop eating the good but unhealthy food and start exercising even if its' only for 30 minutes a day. With my "busy schedule" I have been looking at some exercises on pinterest that I can do at home.
Here are some of the exercise plans that I found and liked:
This is a mix of the routines that I am going to start doing. There are going to be some before and after pictures (will show the after, maybe the before after I'm done).
