I'm the first to totally admit that I have been lazy the last week or so. Between school, my two jobs, interning, and my volunteering , I think I got another sinus infection. The plus to all of that is that I have been moving around and lifting so much that I haven't had to go to the gym. The last couple of weeks I have tried some new food brands that I have around. The main goal was to find healthy options that were reasonably price, which is difficult sometimes.
Here were a few of the brands that I've been eating and drinking:
I tried the Smart & Good Looking 7- Grain bread. The verdict is that it tasted really good. It actually tasted like a regular multi-grain bread. I think I'm going to stick to eating this for a little long. One great thing is that the bread can be frozen if not eaten in a timely manner.

Caramel is one of my weakness. I was a little apprehensive to try these at first, but I am so glad I did. They are so good!!! I only eat one or two since I don't really have a super sweet tooth. I know that sugar isn't the greatest thing for your body. That's what makes these great since they are bite size and you can control how much you eat of them.
This is my go-to water on a regular basis. Thankfully, where I do my main shopping (Kroger) always has these on sale for $10 for 10 so I stockpile them most of the time. They usually sellout so I end up going to a three or four of the stores to buy however many I want.
I drink water mainly so that is why there are two different types of water on here. I'm trying to cutback on sugar and other white carbohydrates for the rest of the year. I'll let you know how it goes.
Peace and Blessing!!!
