There have been a couple of foods that I have given up or slowly taken out of my diet (bye white bread) but one that I can't stop eating no matter what is cheese. I try to go dairy-free at least once a week (as I do with meat as well). Food & Wine magazine always has a great selection of cheese recipes in particular one of my favorite: Mozzarella.
I know that most of us don't have time to look through magazines to find recipes so here are some of my favorite Mozzarella recipes they have on their site:
