Fitness Tuesday

The past couple of days, I felt like I have disappeared into a black hole between the two projects and paper I have due this week. The only thing I can say that I have stuck to is going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. Sadly, I haven't gone to Pilates in the last two weeks due to my schedule. Here are some of the workouts that I have done on the days that I have been too busy to go to the gym:
